Jonite, a stonework manufacturer from Singapore, asked us to design their new range of stone grates and breeze blocks. Known for their sustainable approach and modern designs, Jonite is rethinking how stone can shape urban spaces. Together, we created six new patterns and styles, now available across their full product line.
The Molecules breeze blocks bring timeless style and structure to landscapes, hardscapes, and interiors. Easy to install like any modern breeze block and enhanced with built-in self-cleaning technology, they are ideal for use as feature walls or ventilation elements. This collection includes three distinct block designs, enabling the creation of vivid patterns, gentle rhythms, or straightforward arrangements.
Intricate patterns, calligraphic motifs, and timeless geometry — we’ve created a seamless design that shifts in density, echoing the artistry that has shaped Islamic culture for centuries.
From trench grates to architectural breeze blocks, the Tessera collection brings versatility and character, offering designers and architects a rich palette of patterns to elevate any project with a distinctive style.
The botanically inspired Breeze collection is available for pool and tree grates.
Furthermore, we have brought the Tidal, Zen, Arcadia, and Eden collections to life. In total, these six collections developed by RSW offer a gradient from minimalistic to decorative finely detailed architectural elements, that offer a wide range to pick from to add a distinctive touch to any project.
By reducing steel usage by 80%, Jonite has cut its carbon footprint by a factor of 16. In addition, they use responsibly sourced cleaning agents and a solvent recycler, resulting in less waste and fewer hazardous emissions.
Jonite’s composite mix also replaces substances such as quartz with safer raw materials. Today, their engineered stone grating products contain less than 1% silica.
